VX §1 Holden Commodore VX - Garry Rogers Motorsport specification (Shell Championship Series, 2000).
Engine: Holden Motorsport 5.0L fuel-injected V8 with GRM-developed cylinder heads and intake system, MoTeC engine management. Estimated power: 480 kW (620 bhp) at 7500 rpm.
Driveline: Holinger 6-speed gearbox; GRM-developed differential assembly; final-drive ratios vary 3.25:1, 3.5:1, 3.7:1.
Suspension: front - GRM-developed McPherson strut designed for racing, Ohlins shock absorbers, cockpit-controlled anti-roll bar, Watts linkage rear arm.
Brakes: cockpit-adjustable front-to-rear bias; front 375 mm (15 in) discs, AP 6-piston monoblock calipers; rear 340 mm (13.5 in) discs, AP 4-piston monoblock calipers.
